UPSEE 2017 admit card will be available from tomorrow at the official site www.upsee.nic.in. The candidates are advised to download their respective admit cards as soon as possible. The candidates should also check the details mentioned in the admit card so as to avoid any problem later.

As per the reports, the number of applicants registering for UPSEE has been on the fall for past few years and the year 2017 has witnessed the least number of applicants in past 5 years. Only around 1.2 lakh candidates have registered for UPSEE 2017, while the number was well above 1.6 lakh in the year 2012.

Over 600 engineering colleges are affiliated to AKTU, but the deteriorating quality of education being offered at most of the colleges has been the biggest culprit in the lowering applications. Another main reason has been the failure on the part of colleges to provide placements to the students.
