UPCPMT 2015 Result Announced, Agra students scores maximum marks

Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre-Medical Test (UPCPMT-2015) was conducted by Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University, the exam was held on 25 May. A total of 1,21,997 students appeared in the test, CPMT was taken in 233 centers across 15 cities. Today, on 8 June UPCPMT 2015 results have been announced and can be checked at the online portal www.upcpmt2015.co.in.

Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University was rendered the responsibility of conducting the most prestigious medical entrance exam in the State, UPCPMT was conducted to shortlist the students for admissions to MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BUMS courses offered in Government and approved Medical / Dental / Homeopathic / Ayurvedic / Unani colleges of Uttar Pradesh. UPCPMT 2015 was organized for total 2123 seats, the seats distribution per course is as follows:

MBBS – 1372
BDS – 51
BHMS – 300
BAMS – 320
BUMS – 80

Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University Vice Chancellor Prof. Ashok Kumar informed that Raunak Jain of Agra topped the UPCPMT 2015 by scoring 171 marks. Amongst girls, Vaishali Singh of Lucknow is the topper with 170 marks. Here we have compiled the list of top 10 scores of UPCPMT 2015.

10. Mohammad Zaib – Ambedkarnagar

As the UP CPMT results are available, students can access their result at the official web portal of examination, they will need to enter their roll number and date of birth to check the results.

The UPCPMT result was scheduled to be announced on 15 June, but the examination authorities worked pretty hard and declared the result within record time. All the admission to the respective colleges/courses will be done on the basis of merit list. First round of counselling shall be completed by 25 June. There will be minimum three rounds of counselling, the academic session is stated to start from 1st September 2015.

The counselling process will be handled by the Directorate of Medical Education & Training, Uttar Pradesh Government, and all the proceedings will be updated in its official web portal updgme.in.
