UP SI answer key has been released for the online examination conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment & Promotion Board (UPPRPB). The online exam for the recruitment of Sub Inspectors (Male/ Female) in the Police Department was held from December 12 to December 23, 2017, and the official answer keys have been released today. The candidates can check UP Police SI answer key 2017 as well as their response sheets from the official website www.uppbpb.gov.in.
In a notice issued last week, PRPB had announced that the answer keys of UP Police SI recruitment exam will be released on January 2, 2018. As per the notice, UP SI answer key 2017 was uploaded on the PRPB website (www.upprpbonline.org) at 10 am today. The answer key and response sheet have been clubbed in two groups: 1st for exam held from December 12 to 16 and 2nd for exam held from December 19 to 23. The candidates can access UP Police SI exam answer sheet by logging into the site using their registration number and date of birth.
After login, the candidates will have to click on ‘Click here to view attempted question paper’ link, which will display the Solved question along with the answer marked by the candidates and the answer as per the UP Police official answer key. UPPRPB has announced that the link to check the answer ket and submit representation will remain available up to January 9, 2018. The objections can only be submitted through the official website and no other mode to submit the objections will be entertained by the Board.
UP Police SI exam was conducted in multiple shifts from December 12 to 23. The exam paper had 160 objective type questions distributed equally among 4 sections. Each question carried 2.50 marks and overall, the maximum marks are 400. The PRPB has set 50% marks (50 marks) as the minimum qualifying marks (cut off marks) in each section.
After considering the objections submitted against the UP Police SI answer key 2017, PRPB will prepare the final answer key and accordingly, the result will be announced. Over 6.30 lakh candidates have applied for around 3 thousand Sub Inspector posts in UP Police.
