TSPSC hall ticket 2017, Gurukulam hall ticket for TSPSC Gurukulam 2017 exam has been released. Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC), Hyderabad issued the hall ticket to the candidates on Thursday evening for the preliminary (screening test) which will be held on 31st May. The screening test is being conducted for the posts of PGT, TGT and Physical Director. TSPSC had rolled out three separate notifications in April to fill as much as 5,289 posts of PGTs, TGTs and PD (School) in Residential Educational Institutions Societies. Under the notification (no. 13/2017), 921 vacancies of Post Graduate Teacher in Telugu, Hindi, Urdu, English, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Biological Science, and Social Studies were notified. Another 4,362 posts of Trained Graduate Teachers in Telugu, English, Hindi, Maths, Physical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Sanskrit, English, Science, & Social Studies subjects were notified under the notification no. 14/2017. The Commission had also notified to fill 6 posts of Physical Director (School) through notification no. 15/2017.
The applications for these posts were filled from April 18 to May 4 and while the screening test was tentatively scheduled to be held on May 28, the candidates were waiting for the hall tickets since past few days. Later, through a press note, TSPSC announced the changes in the exam date. As per the revised schedule, the common screening test for the post of Physical Director, Optional Subjects and English language of PGT & TGT posts will be held on 31 May, while a separate screening test for language posts of TGT & PGT i.e. Telugu, Hindi, Urdu, and Sanskrit will be conducted on 14 June.
All the candidates will have to compulsory appear for the preliminary (screening) test scheduled to be held on 31st May. The test will comprise of 150 questions distributed equally among three sections – General Studies, General Abilities, and Basic Proficiency in English. Each question will carry 1 mark, hence the maximum marks in the paper will be 150.
The candidates can access TSPSC Gurukulam hall ticket 2017 through their respective TSPSC ID and date of birth. The candidates will have to report to the examination venue 30 minutes before the test timing so as to record their thumb impression on the biometric system.
The screening test will be conducted in the offline mode wherein the candidates will be provided OMR sheet to mark the answers. Based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the screening test, the candidates equal to 15 times each notified post will be called for the main exam. The final selection to the posts will be based on the marks in the main exam and interview/ viva-voce marks put together.
