TS EAMCET seat allotment result for the final phase of online counselling will be declared today. Telangana State Council of Higher Education is holding online counselling process for seat allotments to Engineering, Agriculture and Medical allied courses on the basis of performance of candidates in Telangana EAMCET 2017.
TS EAMCET 2017 was conducted by JNTU Hyderabad on May 12 and the results were announced on May 22. Based on the result & ranks, the qualified candidates were asked to participate in TS EAMCET counselling for securing admissions to their desired courses/ institutes. The first phase allotments were declared on June 28 and the candidates were given specified time duration to secure admission to the allotted seats.
As per the data, 56,046 seats out of total 64,300 seats under Convener quota were allotted to the candidates in the first phase. While the candidates were instructed to report to secure admission to allotted seat, only 42,529 seats have been claimed in the first round, thus leaving remaining 13,517 seats vacant. For the final phase of TS EAMCET counselling 2017, total 23,640 Convener quota seats in Engineering courses are available. In Pharmacy and Pharm-D, 2,967 and 471 seats are available respectively.
For the remaining seats, TSCHE opened the registration facility under final phase of allotments for MPC stream. The final phase was notified on July 11 and the qualified candidates (who had not attended the Certificate Verification earlier) were asked to attend for certificate verification on July 19. Also, all the candidates were instructed to enter fresh options from July 19 to 20 as the options entered in Phase 1 are not be considered in final phase. The candidates were advised to exercise as many options as possible to secure admission in the final phase.
TS EAMCET seat allotment will be placed on the official website on July 22 (today) after 8 pm, TSCHE has notified. The candidates will be able to check seat allotment status as well as download TS EAMCET allotment order after entering the ROC form number, hall ticket number, password and date of birth in Candidate’s login.
