TSCHE TS EAMCET results 2017 are just about to be declared in the afternoon today (May 22). The results of Telangana EAMCET 2017 will be declared today by TSCHE Chairman Prof. T Papi Reddy. The EAMCET results will be first announced at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad and then it will be made available online for all the candidates. TS EAMCET 2017 results will be available at eamcet.tsche.ac.in.
Earlier on Sunday, EAMCET Convener Prof. N. Yadaiah said that the results of EAMCET 2017 for engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy courses will be declared on May 22, the same has also been updated at the official web portal of TSCHE. JNTU Hyderabad had conducted the EAMCET 2017 on May 12 in two shifts wherein over 2 lakh students participated. The test was organized by the varsity on the behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education for admissions to B.E., B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, B.Sc. Agriculture/ Horticulture, B.V.Sc. & A.H, B.F.Sc., and Pharm-D courses.
Of over 2.2 lakh registered students, over 1.41 lakh students had registered for the engineering entrance test, while some 1.31 lakh appeared for the test held in 246 test centers. Around 79 thousand had registered for agriculture & pharmacy test and a little over 73 thousand took the test organized in 154 centers. JNTU Hyderabad had successfully published the preliminary answer keys of both the tests on May 14 and even opened the window for submission of objections. Now, the result preparation is in the final stage and TS EAMCET results will be out today.
Once declared, the students will be able to access TS EAMCET 2017 results from the official website eamcet.tsche.ac.in. Meanwhile, the results will also be available at manabadi.com and indiaresults.com along with other results portals. As witnessed multiple times, the official websites crash shortly after the publication of results, hence the students can take note of these websites where EAMCET result will be available.
Along with the TS EAMCET results, rank card and final key will also be published for all the students. Based on the ranks obtained by the students in TS EAMCET 2017, the admission process would be carried out for all the courses. The minimum qualifying marks are 40 (aggregate) in the entrance test, while the ranks will be assigned to the qualified students in the order of merit of combined score by giving 75% weightage to the marks secured in EAMCET and 25 percent weightage to the marks secured in the relevant group subjects namely Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology in Class 12. There are no qualifying marks for SC, ST students and they will be given ranks irrespective of the EAMCET marks.
The counselling will be administered by TSCHE and the list of institutions with intake in each discipline and category will be updated after the results.
