The answer key for 3rd EAMCET in Telangana (TS) has been officially released. JNTU Hyderabad has released the preliminary answer key of the medical entrance test held today. The aspirants can access the EAMCET 3 answer key at the official site and submit the objections (if any) by September 14 up to 4 PM. The answer key has been made available for all the papers sets (Set A, B, C, D).
The answer keys for EAMCET examination were released in the evening yesterday along with paper analysis. The 3rd edition of the medical entrance test – TS EAMCET 2016 has been conducted today in 96 test centres across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Following the pattern of previous EAMCET exams, JNTU-H will be publishing the official TS EAMCET 3 key 2016 today.
As the medical aspirants were required to take another test once the second test (TS EAMCET-II) was cancelled owing to irregularities in the test process, only those students who were registered for the second test were allowed to appear in today’s test. As much as 56,153 aspirants were invited to take the test and preliminary reports suggesting that only a few students opted out of the test. In the second test (EAMCET-II), 50,964 candidates had appeared.
Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad was once again given the responsibility to conduct the test. As much as 54 thousand aspirants had downloaded their hall tickets by Friday and later the facility was extended to Saturday so that the rest of the candidates could access their hall tickets.
The University had confirmed extra security measures for EAMCET-3 and students were also directed to get their hall tickets attested by a Gazetted Officer or principal of their school to rule out the possibility of impersonation.
The students were required to reach their respective test centres at around 9 am and submit the ‘Filled in Online Application Form’ to the invigilator. The university had also arranged bio-metric data collection of the candidates for security and attendance purposes. The exact details of the conduct of the test are expected to be announced by the university later in the day.
The test started at 10 am and concluded at 1 pm as per the schedule and accordingly the question paper code was released by the State Health Minister C Laxma Reggy at 6 am today. As per the rule, the EAMCET Convener had finalised two sets of question paper, out of which one was to be selected for the test.
The test paper consisted of 160 questions, divided in three sections with 40 questions each in Physics & Chemistry and 80 questions in Biology (Botany & Zoology) section. The candidates were provided with 2 OMR Answer Sheets (Convener’s copy & Candidate’s copy). The responses marked in the Convenor’s copy would be examined by the university, while the candidates were allowed to take the other copy with them to check their answers later with the TS EAMCET answer key.
The candidates may expect the release of EAMCET key in a day while the results shall be announced within this week only.
