Update at 9.30 am, June 6, 2017: Tripura Board of Secondary Education, TBSE has declared Madhyamik Result 2017 ahead of the scheduled time of 9.45 am. The official website tripuraresults.nic.in has two links where the students can access TBSE Madhyamik result 2017 / TBSE result 2017.
Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) will be declaring the Madhyamik examination results on 6th June, 2017. Over 30 thousand students have been waiting for the announcement of TBSE Madhyamik result 2017 for past few days. As per the Board’s confirmation, the TBSE result will be out on Tuesday. The students will be able to check their Class 10 result from 9.45 am onwards, the Board said through a press note.
In 2016, as much as 32,741 students had appeared in Madhyamik exams, while the overall passing percentage was recorded as 66.14%. The Board expects the pass percentage to improve this year. The Board had last month announced the result of Higher Secondary (+2) examination. Out of total 3,981 students who took the +2 exam, 3,201 were declared pass. The passing percentage for regular students was reported as 83.68 as 2,826 students were declared pass out of 3,377 regular students.
TBSE will be declaring the Madhyamik result 2017 at a number of websites. The main websites to host TBSE Madhyamik result are: www.tbse.in, tripura.nic.in and tripuraresults.nic.in. Apart from the official websites, IndiaResults.com will also provide the Madhyamik results shortly after the official announced.
As per the official note, the students will also have the facility to grab Madhyamik result through Tripurainfo Call Centers. The numbers where the TBSE result 2017 can be accessed are 2380566/ 2410039/ 2413946/ 2410156/ 2410160/ 2410165/ 2410172/ 2410173/ 2410174/ 2410176.
TBSE Result 2017 can also be checked through SMS. For this, the students will have to type a text message in the following format: TBSE10<space>Roll Number and send it to 54242.
The facility to check TBSE Madhyamik result through website, call center and SMS will resume at 9.45 am. The Madhyamik exams were conducted from March 3 to 23 this year. The main subjects for Madhyamik exams are Language 1, Language 2, Science, Social Science and Mathematics. The written exam carries 90 marks for all subjects except Science which carries 80 marks. The remaining 10 marks are for internal assessment (20 marks in Practical in case of Science) as the maximum marks in each paper are 100.
Once the TBSE result 2017 Madhyamik exam will be declared, the students will be able to know their result status and grade. The result of a student will be indicated as P, Suppli, Comp or X. The grades will be awarded to the students as per the following:

A+ – 80-89
A – 60-79
B+ – 50-59
B – 36-49
C – 30-35
D – Below 30
