SNSMT launches its education division

snsmtBhubneshwar 25 of May, 2015: Smt.Nandini Satpathy Memorial Trust (SNSMT) has recently stepped into the field of education and started off its education division in order to penetrate in the field of education. The trust chairman Mr. Suparno Satpathy directed the launching of education division at SNSMT head quarter today.

Initially, SNSMT’s Education division has commenced an e-counselling center along with a team of experts to help students get connected electronically for personal and career counselling.

It will always remain hard to forget August 04, 2006, when we lost one of the most esteemed and eminent personalities of the country, Smt. Nandini Satpathy, former chief minister of Orissa. This is the name that doesn’t need any introduction. For a time she had been renowned as the iron lady of Orissa and the next prime minister of India after Smt. Indira Gandhi. We have a considerably huge archive of her achievements that an individual may find almost impossible to accomplish in a life time. Apart from being a politician she remained active in the field of literature and socialism also. Smt. Nandini Satpathy Memorial Trust (SNSMT) was contrived in the memory of Smt. Nandini Satpathy to benefit poor and needy.

This e-counselling center is particularly developed to take student’s contact details and proficiently resolve the student’s queries. Students will be able to get the solutions of their queries through e-mail. This facility of education division has still been kept on non-commercial criteria i.e. free of cost for students so as to receive greater strength.
According to Ms. Ruby, The Education Division Coordinator of SNSMT, the education division still has not got affiliated by any education institute so it will afford equitable information to the students.

Youth cell, Women cell and Conflict resolution division of SNSMT, already in function, are supposed to make this new Education Division work in parallel.
