SBI Clerk mains result 2016 declaration awaited: PO mains delayed to August 20

The results of SBI clerk mains examination held on July 31 is awaiting declaration. As per the State Bank, PO mains result is delayed to August 20.

The State Bank of India missed one more deadline to announce SBI PO mains result today when it delayed the declaration to 20th August. In a note issued in the evening today, SBI said that the results of Probationary Officers Main exam- Phase-II will be available from August 20th. As far as SBI clerk mains result declaration go, SBI still hasn’t updated any status on this.

The results of State Bank of India (SBI) Probationary officers (PO) Mains 2016 examination were to be declared today and as for clerk mains result, officials have not issued any statement by any means yet. The details of SBI PO mains result 2016 can be find at www.sbi.co.in by the candidates once the results are out. In it’s official notification, SBI has set the PO result declaration date for today i.e., August 16 but not the timing. We also will keep you posted here with the latest.

sbi resultsThere has been no confusion over the declaration of the result of SBI PO mains 2016 exam but the tough nut here is SBI clerk mains result 2016, about which no solid word can be said. Although some online media sites have went too far to say that the results of clerk mains exam will be out on August 16 but that’s not true and on a personal level here, don’t believe that until SBI itself gives something to mull over.

As far as we have found, the SBI clerk result of mains examinations are still awaiting the green-lit, mostly because of the pending decision on whether or not SBI can hold interview for the clerical cadre post. Also there’s this case filed in Madras court.

That being said, keep close watch on SBI’s official website. Results may just come today if you folks are in luck.

Collectively, more than 4 lakh aspirants have set their sights on the SBI results for these two exams namely; clerk mains and PO mains. About 48 thousand were shortlisted to appear for Probationary officers mains exam while around 3.5 lakh had made it to clerk mains.

The road ahead for PO: those will qualify the mains exam too, will be called for interview process which will take place on September 1st. The final selection list will be published on September 30 for filling-up the 2200 posts of Probationary officers in India’s largest public sector bank. We’ll post the latest here about SBI results.
