SBI issues admit cards for Probationary Officers exam

State Bank of India has issued the admit card for applicants appearing for PO exam. SBI is India’s largest public sector bank with its headquarters in Mumbai, Maharashtra. SBI conducts competitive exams for probationary officers post. The admit cards can be fetched from the official web portal from 13th of July onwards.

Applicants can visit the official site of SBI to get their admit cards. It was already notified that no call letter/admit card will be sent to applicants through post. Dates for recruitment exam of POs in State Bank of India have been announced by State Bank of India Central Recruitment of Promotion Department, Corporate Centre, Mumbai.

Two important documents that applicants need to carry with them while appearing for the exam are a hard copy of admit card and photo identity proof. Applicants will not be allowed to appear for the exam without these two documents.

Examination pattern for the Probationary Officers would consists of two parts namely objective type tests carrying 200 marks and descriptive tests of 50 marks. In the last week of August, results of PO exam would be declared. Call letters for group discussion and interview round would be released and final selection list announcement will made in the last week of October.

Access SBI PO Main exam admit card

The results of preliminary exam were rolled out on July 10 2015 in which more than 20 lakh candidates had appeared. The exam was held on June 20, 21, 27 and 28.

SBI PO Main exam would be conducted on July 26 2015, and candidates declared qualified in this exam would go to the interview stage. Performance of candidates in both Mains and group discussion/interview would be taken into the account while finalising the final list of candidates.

Pre exam marks will not be considered in the final list preparation. On 13th April 2015, SBI had issued notification inviting applications from the eligible candidates to fill up 2062 PO posts at different branches of SBI.
