REAP 2017: First Counselling List declared for Rajasthan Candidates

Update on July 19, 2017: RTU has declared first counselling list of B.Tech and B.Arch courses for Rajasthan Domicile Candidates. REAP seat allotment 2017 result has been placed in the official rtureap.com and the candidates can check their respective allotments after logging into the Candidate Panel of REAP 2017 counselling website.

REAP 2017 seat allotment result will be announced today, Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) has noted it it’s schedule. The list of students who will be allotted seats for admissions to the first year of engineering courses via the Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) 2017 will be published at www.rtu.ac.in.

Though the exact time of publication of REAP seat allotment has not been announced by the Varsity, the declaration is scheduled for today. The registered students belonging to Rajasthan will be able to check REAP counselling result from the official website rtureap.com and rtu.ac.in.

reap 2017, reap allotment resultRTU had earlier asked the students seeking admission in B.Tech/ B.E./ B.Arch courses to register for Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process 2017 (REAP 2017). The admission process is proposed to be done in four rounds wherein 1st round is only for the candidates coming from outside of Rajasthan. A total of 15% seats are reserved for such candidates and RTU has already declared the allotment results for these applicants on July 7. The other three rounds are only for the students having Rajasthan domicile.

REAP seat allotment 2017 will be declared today for Rajasthan students and the students will be able to check allotment status after login on REAP 2017 website. The students were allowed to register for REAP 2017 by giving JEE Main rank or Class 12 marks. As per the rules, the JEE Main rank will be given higher priority in comparison to Class 12 marks while preparing the combined merit list. The seat allotment under REAP counselling is to be done through the computer software by strictly following the order of merit, seats available and the order of options filled in by the candidate and option of category and income group opted by candidate.

The students will have to download the allotment letter and report to the allotted institute with original documents and one set of self-attested photocopy of all documents. Such candidates will have to report online through the allotted institute and deposit balance fee at the first report institute. RTU is allowing the students to apply for upward movement/ up gradation of allotted seat, if they are not satisfied with the current allotment.

According to RTU, the students are not required to deposit original documents to the first reporting institute. Since REAP counselling result will be declared today, the facility of giving option for upward movement will also be activated, however, the students will have to report first. The last date for reporting to the allotted institute is July 24, while the option for upward movement can be given till July 26. Second allotment result will be declared on July 27.

  • sir, as per my ranking in JEE (Main) allotted Govt College Bikaner , but i am not satisfied from this and want to proceed for upward movement. If, I proceed for upward movement then if i not allotted any seat then i stay with my previous allotted seat or otherwise.
