The dates for Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test (PSTET 2017) have been revised by the Department of School Education for the third time now. As per the revised schedule, the applicants can register for PSTET 2017 up to January 15, while the last date for deposit of fee has been revised to January 20. PSTET 1 and PSTET 2 papers will be held on February 11, 2018.
State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT) Punjab had notified the PSTET 2017 exam in December and the online application process commenced on December 19. The initial schedule of PSTET 2017 was quite short and to give sufficient time to prospective candidates, PSTET application form last date was revised from December 26 to December 31. Later, the date was revised to January 10 and now, the date has again been changed.
The revised schedule mentions that the online registration can be done up to January 15. The last date for completion of form after confirmation of deposit of fee is now changed to January 22. The registered candidates will be able to make changes in the particulars up to January 24 and the exam will be held on February 11. The application form of PSTET 2017 can be filled at educationrecruitmentboard.com.
PSTET will be conducted as two papers wherein PSTET 1 will be for those candidates aspiring to teach Classes I to V and PSTET 2 will be for Classes VI to VIII. Both the papers will be conducted in separate shifts on February 11 and the details of exam timing and venue will be intimated through the admit cards.
