NEET PG 2018 admit card has been released by the organizing body – National Board of Examinations (NBE). The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Post Graduate) will be conducted as an online computer-based exam on January 07, 2018. It will be a single day exam conducted in a single session. The applicants can download the admit card of NEET-PG 2018 from website www.nbe.edu.in using their login credentials.
The application process for NEET PG 2018 was carried out from October 31 to November 27. The registered users can log in to the NBE website using their candidate id and password to get access to NEET PG 2018 admit card. The admit card will bear the candidate’s name, Registration ID, Roll number, photograph, signature, examination schedule, examination center details, and instructions.
Candidates are required to paste their latest photograph in the prescribed space in the NEET PG Admit Card and report to the examination centre within prescribed time along with these documents: Printed copy of Admit card with their photo pasted on it; Photocopy of Permanent / Provisional SMC/MCI registration, to be retained by the test centre; any one of the authorized photo IDs (must be original, valid and non-expired): PAN card/Driving license/Voter ID/Passport/ Aadhar Card (with photograph).
The applicants are also likely to get their admit card on their registered email ID approximately 4 days before the examination day. They will be informed through SMS alerts and Public Notice regarding the availability of NEET PG 2018 admit card on their registered email ID. The candidates are required to download the admit card from their registered email ID and affix their latest passport size photograph in the space provided on the admit card. Admit card will not be sent to the candidates by Post. Candidates without Admit Card and all required documents will not be allowed to appear in the exam.
NEET-PG 2018 will be a single eligibility cum entrance examination for admission to Postgraduate Medical Courses’ for the academic session 2018. The following Medical institutions are not covered by centralized admissions for MD/MS seats through NEET PG for 2018 session: AIIMS, New Delhi, PGIMER, Chandigarh, JIPMER, Puducherry, NIMHANS, Bengaluru, and Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum.
NEET-PG 2018 examination comprises of 300 Multiple Choices, single correct response questions in English language only. Time allotted is 3 hr 30 min. There shall be 25% negative marking for incorrect answers. No marks will be deducted for unattempted questions.
