After the NEET 2 got over, there is a buzz around over wrong questions in the paper. As NEET paper was pen and paper based exam so, when the exam got over, answer keys were released by the leading coaching institutes of India.
Most of the coaching centres found a common mistake of chemistry question in which there were two right answers in a single choice question. It left students confused in the exam after the exam as well. The concern over the question raised by the major coaching institute namely Resonance, Akash, Allen, Career Point, Rao IIT academy and Brilliant Study Centre.
Besides this question, Career Point and Resonance claimed two other mistakes in the Biology and Physics section. According to these institutions, the answers given in the question paper were incorrect. Students also reported having problems with these questions.
The dilemma over the wrong questions is going to over soon. Students and experts are waiting for the official answer keys which would probably be released by CBSE on August 7. For now, students are relying on the possibilities made by coaching institutes.
Despite the wrong answer, it seems that it is not going to affect the result of individual students. As for the wrong question, a bonus mark would be awarded, most likely case, it would add to every students’ total sum. This would create a problem if bonus marks would be provided to only students who attempted the questions which seem least likely case.
To get over this confusion, students should not panic now whatever would be the final decision by CBSE it would be in the interest of all students and they should for the official answer key.
