KTET answer key 2017 has been released for Category 1 and Category 2 papers held on December 28 by Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan. Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test 2017 was conducted by Pareeksha Bhavan in two shifts on December 28 & 30, however, Kerala TET was held in the month of August as well. Pareeksha Bhavan has released the KTET answer key of Category 1 & Category 2 papers now and the answer key of Category 3 & 4 papers will be released soon.
KTET 2017 exam was conducted by the Pareeksha Bhavan, Kerala in accordance with the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) and the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). KTET 2017 answer key can be accessed from the Official website- www.keralapareekshabhavan.in. The answer keys aid the applied candidates to judge and have an overview of their expected result.
The KTET 2017 Category 1 exam was conducted for the candidates aspiring to teach Lower Primary Classes. In the same manner, Category 2 was for upper primary class teachers, Category 3 for high school classes, while Category 4 exam for language teachers (up to upper primary classes). Each Category exam was conducted as a single paper in separate shifts and carried 150 marks.
KTET answer key has been uploaded on the official website in the form of pdf file. In case the candidates find some issues with respect to the key, the written complaints or objections can be sent to the Secretary of Pareeksha Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram. But, the candidates need to make sure they send the objections with supporting documents within five days from the publication of the answer key’s date. The Secretary, Pareeksha Bhavan and the experts will examine the complaint and release the final answer key, based on which KTET result will be prepared.
The Pareeksha Bhavan will put the answer key for all 4 category papers on its official portal, and the same will be released in pdf format. Based on the KTET answer key 2017, the candidates will also be able to estimate their marks beforehand. The candidates scoring more than 60 percent marks in the KTET Exam will be declared qualified. However, the SC/ST/OBC/OEC candidates can qualify the exam with 55 percentage. For PH and visually impaired candidates, the qualifying marks are 50 percent.
The top rank holders who score the most marks in KTET 2017 exam will be awarded the cash prize of Rs 20,000 (1st Rank), Rs 15,000 (2nd Rank) and Rs 10,000 (3rd rank), for all categories.
