DHSE Kerala- Plus One First Allotment List 2015 Published, window at www.hscap.kerala.gov.in

The first allotment list for admissions to Plus One (Class 11) has been published by the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala on 16 June at around 1.30 am at HSCAP. The list would embark the commencement of the admission process as the students listed in the first allotment would be taking admissions to the allotted course/school. The allotment process is going on for admissions to the academic session 2015-16.

There are as much as 5,16,455 students who have applied for 2,41,490 seats for Higher Secondary studies in the State. Kerala Plus One allotment list 2015 has been displayed at the online portal district-wise. Students would need to select their district and enter their application number to check their final allotment status. There are total 2067 regular schools in Kerala (821-Government, 839-Aided, 362-Un-aided and 45 residential schools) while number of Vocational higher secondary schools is 389 regulating 42 vocational courses.

Higher Secondary Centralised Allotment Process was initiated by the DHSE – Directorate of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala so that only deserving students make their place to the higher secondary education as the seats are limited. The Centralised allotment process is transparent in all its actions and as a step to achieve transparency, it first publishes the trial allotment list followed by the final allotment list.

Kerala Plus One admissions would be done as a result of two allotment lists, first allotment list to be published on 16 June, the date of publication of second allotment list would be announced soon. Sports quota first special allotment result/list would be displayed on 17 June. Kerala SSLC exam results were declared on 20 April, after which the results were revised on 26 April. Students who have cleared the SSLC exams are now waiting for the allocation to the seat to start their higher secondary education. HS Classes are scheduled to be started from 8 July 2015.

According to the allotment process, students were needed to select the set of course they are willing to take for the higher secondary studies, the major subjects include Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Home Science, Computer Science, Electronics, Geology, Statistics, Psychology, Geography, Sociology, Political Science, History, Economics, Music, language subject and others.

Students can now check the first plus one allotment results at www.hscap.kerala.gov.in using their application number, date of birth, students will also need to select the name of district they have applied.
