Updated at 12:05 PM, 30 June 2016: CEE Kerala has notified that option entry process has ended today in the afternoon for KEAM 2016, and first round of allotment results will be published on evening of June 30. Aspirants should keep themselves updated with official site.

KEAM allotment and results of KEAM trial allotment 2016 have been declared now. CEE Kerala published the allotment at around 9 pm, hours after the schedule time of 2 pm.
Kerala Engineering, Architecture and Medical Entrance Exam (KEAM) 2016 trial allotment for admissions into Engineering, Medical & Allied courses along with Architecture is going to be published on June 28, 2016. In addition, CEE Kerala has extended the deadline for option entry to June 30, (12 PM).
After the rank list for medical and engineering were published on June 1 and June 20 respectively, the counselling had commenced from June 23 itself. A total of 55,914 candidates were allowed to participate in the counselling for engineering & Architecture courses out of total 78,169 who qualified while 1,04,786 had qualified the medical entrance.
The option entry for Engineering and Architecture courses commenced on June 23 and was scheduled to end on June 28, but with the inclusion of option entry for medical and allied courses in the process, the last date for option entry has been extended by the CEE.
KEAM trial allotment was also slated to be rolled out on June 26, but was delayed and as per a recent communication from the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, the same would be done today. KEAM trial allotment would be based on the options registered by candidates till June 27, 2016. Candidates will be able to see their allotment status by logging into the Candidate Portal using their application number and roll number.
The trial allotment results are being published in an order to notify candidates about their eligibility to get the college of their preference, if a candidate is not satisfied with the allotted seat as per KEAM trial allotment, he/she will have time till 12 PM of June 30, 2016, to modify the preferences. It should be noted here that all candidates are required to submit their final options by June 30.
CEE Kerala has decided not to change the further schedule and hence KEAM first allotment would be published on June 30 itself.
Registered candidates are advised to fill preferences in option entry cautiously as options can not be registered in next phases to those colleges which are already included in the first phase.
KEAM 2016 was conducted from April 25 to 28 and the results of engineering entrance exam were announced on May 24, while the medical entrance exam result was announced on June 1. The rank list for both engineering and medical entrance test were released earlier this month as the option entry process commenced.
