CEE (Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations) Kerala had conducted the Kerala Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Entrance Test (KEAM 2017) on April 24 & 25 for admissions to Engineering and Pharmacy courses. The results of the entrance test were declared in May and after taking inputs on Class 12th marks, the rank lists were published three days back on 20th June.
In the first phase, the qualified candidates are required to enter the options for preferred course/ Institution through online mode. The option entry for KEAM 2017 counselling started from 9 pm on 23rd June and the candidates included in the rank lists for KEAM 2017 can register their options on the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in from today. KEAM 2017 option registration will close at 5 pm on 28th June. In this phase, CEE Kerala will allow online options for Engineering, Architecture and Pharmacy courses only, while the medical & allied courses will be included in due course.
CEE Kerala has set up 36 Facilitation Centers (FC) for providing necessary help to the candidates for registration of options. The FCs will be functioning throughout the State, check the list of FCs from here. The applicants will have to enter the options (choices of college and course) in the order of preference in order to get allotted a seat through KEAM 2017 counselling.
All the candidates seeking admissions to the professional undergraduate courses through KEAM 2017 are required to participate in the CAP 2017 within the specified duration. Failure in doing so will eliminate the chances of admission as such candidates will not be considered for allotment under any circumstances. After the closure of option entry, CEE will publish the trial allotment on 27th June on the basis of options entered by the candidates. The first allotment result will be published on 30th June, CEE notified on Thursday.
