It was also reported by Pagalguy that JoSAA website (www.josaa.nic.in) faced downtime yesterday due to heavy traffic and students weren’t able to log in and proceed with registration, choice filling. The issue was resolved soon though. Commenting on the matter, Chairman of JoSAA organising committee from IIT Guwahati, said to Pagalguy that “It is not a major issue. The server may be down because of sudden traffic. It will be resolved in a while.”

The seat allocation is to decide the fate of around 13 lakh aspirants who took JEE Mains and JEE Advanced this year as all of them will be vying for mere, close to 35 thousand seats. Safe to say, the competition really sends students over edge in JEE.
