JEE Main result 2015 is speculated to be announced today later in the evening as reports are pouring in by sources confirming that CBSE is close to publish the JEE Main 2015 result today. It has been days since the press has been notifying students of the supposition of JEE Mains exam result declaration on 27 April and it would be pity in case it didn’t. Although the chances are negligible of that scenario yet that comes to mind considering previous year’s record. However, students need not to consider the deteriorate and must prepare yourself for what may be one of the most anticipated days for you this year.

It is only after JEE Main result has been announced that the students will be able to check their score card and know where they stand after all these months of hard work. Those who will be qualified will be eligible to apply and appear for Advanced exam, opening window to top IITs for themselves. JEE Main, is the launching pad, which take you up to the top engineering colleges of India, through a tough entrance exam. The candidates, who appear in the exam of JEE main have a dream to get admission in to the prominent colleges of the country such as IITs and NIITs. The Authorities decide the Scale of cut off list considering the points-

  • Total annual number of Candidates of the engineering colleges participating in the exam,
  • Cutoffs list of previous year (cutoffs JEE Main 2014 in this case).
  • The level of Difficulty of the exam.

Candidates from General category need to obtain a score of 125+ in the JEE Main 2015 entrance exam. Candidates from OBC category need to score of 80+, candidates from SC category need to score of 60+ in the JEE Main paper and ST candidates need to gain a score of 55+ in order to be considerably qualified for cracking JEE main.

JEE Main rank of the candidates is based on the obtained marks in the examination from higher to lower, the last rank in the list is considered as a cutoff rank. The Candidates, who obtain the score below the last rank decided as per merit list; will not be eligible to get admission in to any of the Engineering College. On the bases of all India rank to calculate the rank; the formula is 60% of the score will be added on the basis of obtained marks in JEE Scores and rest of the 40% score is added on the bases of obtained marks in 12th Board exams.

Final cut-off list will be generated on the official website. The score for the categories such as General, OBC, SC, ST and other will be available on official website today. Candidates are advised bookmark this page so that they can visit on regular bases to get all current updates regarding to JEE Main 2015 cut off list.

The results for JEE Main 2015 will be uploaded and hosted at officially and the score cards can be downloaded from there only. The students have to use their login ID details generated earlier at the the time of application submission and get the print out for their JEE main results.
