The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) will upload the matriculation result 2017 at it’s official sites www.jac.nic.in and www.jharresults.nic.in. Students who have appeared for the exams can check their results from the official website once they have been declared. Keeping in view the schedule of entrance exams and admission to graduation institutions, JAC will declare the Jharkhand board 12th result 2017 for Science stream and commerce stream along with Class 10 on May 30, 2017. For the 12th class arts and the humanities stream too, the results are coming today.
The senior official from the PR department of JAC told, “as per the tentative timeline, the Jharkhand Class 10 Result 2017 is expected on May 29 or May 30. But this is merely estimation and if the results are not declared on the same date, the final date will be available soon.” In 2016, the JAC Jharkhand Class 10 Result 2016 was announced on the May 20 along with the intermediate results for science and commerce streams. The Board exams for Class 10 in Jharkhand were held from February 18, 2017 to March 1, 2017. Further he said, “somewhere around 4 lakh students took the exam in the Jharkhand state.”
Now, the latest reports as of this writing (morning, 29th May), indicate that JAC matriculation results 2017 will be out tomorrow after 3 pm. The board still has not updated the result date and time at it’s website (www.jac.nic.in) but the partnering site examresults.com has noted that Jharkhand board matric result 2017 shall be out after 3 pm on May 30, 2017. - Visit the official website www.jac.nic.in or www.jharresults.nic.in or Indian government’s site (www.results.nic.in) for 2017 results.
- Click on the link for ‘Jharkhand Class 10 Exam result 2017′. In the provided fields, enter your roll number or name.
- Click on submit. Your result will be displayed on the screen.
It is advisable to download the result on their systems for future reference. Students should note that the online results are for informative purpose only and cannot be used in place original. Students’ unsatisfied with the result can opt for the re-evaluation and rechecking option provided by the JAC. This facility can be availed by paying a nominal fee along with the application.
In 2016, the total number of candidates who appeared for the exam was 4.7 lakh students. Out of which Total number of passed students were 317655. Overall pass percentage recorded was 67.54 percent, which was much lower than the previous year scores. In the year 2015 it was 71.20% while in the year 2014 it was 75.30%. Boys had outperformed girls with a pass percentage of 70.03, while girls scored 65.03 per cent. Pass percentage of male students was 57.04% while of female students it was 71.92%.
