IIFT Admit card for the entrance exam scheduled to be held on November 27, 2016, have been sent through post by the Institute. The Institute had wrapped up the application process on September 5 and after scrutiny of the received application forms, the admit cards for the entrance exam were issued. Those candidates who have not yet received their admit card can download IIFT admit card 2016 from the official website www.iift.edu.
Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) conducts entrance exam for admitting students into its two-year MBA (International Business) program. Total 360 seats are to be filled through IIFT entrance exam for the academic session 2017-19, out of which 220 seats are available at Delhi campus and 140 seats are in Kolkata campus.
The admissions into MBA (IB) program would be done as per the final merit list based on the performance of the candidates in written test, group discussion, essay writing and interview. The written test is scheduled to be conducted at 20 selected cities as a pen-paper based test. The candidates will be shortlisted for the remaining selection process through the written test. The second phase of selection process consisting of GD, Essay writing and interview would be held in January/February 2017 at Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow and Mumbai.
IIFT entrance exam (written test) would be taken as a single paper having 130 questions. The questions will be asked from English Comprehension, General Knowledge & Awareness, Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Analysis. The maximum marks for the written test will be 100 and the test would be organised in a single shift of two hours from 10 am to 12 noon.
The candidates are required to appear for the IIFT exam at their respective allotted venue along with their valid admit card.
