IGNOU to conduct OPENMAT XLII on Sept 24, apply before Aug 11

The India Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will conduct it’s MBA entrance test; OPENMAT on September 24, 2017 for which the applications are currently underway but will end on August 11. if you haven’t applied yet, do it as there’re only 2 days left and applications won’t be accepted after that.

OPENMAT eligibility criteria: 50% score is required by any graduate (comprising Cost Accountancy, Company Secretary, and Chartered Accountants) for general category, whereas 45% score is required for reserved category. There is no particular age limit for the applicants to register for OPENMAT. The candidate doesn’t need to require any experience to enrol. The duration of the course will be of 2 years.

After the due date, the applications would not be accepted. IGNOU OPENMAT 2017 application is available in online format.

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi declared the last date to apply for the OPENMAT exam to be August 11, 2017.

The admit cards can be downloaded by login on the official site at ignou.ac.in. The admit cards will get issued 10 days before the exam for both OPENMAT XLII and OPENMAT XLIII. If one is unable to download his/her admit card, the candidate shall contact Regional Centre and acquire the appropriate information of the allocated exam centre. While OPENMAT XLII will be held on 24th Sep 2017, OPENMAT XLIII will be held on 4th Feb 2018.

The last date of submitting the form 1 for OPENMAT XLII is 11th August, whereas for OPENMAT XLIII is 15th Dec, 17. The date of examination for OPENMAT XLII and OPENMAT XLIII is 24th Sep 2017 and 4th Feb 2018 respectively. The last date of submitting the form 2 for OPENMAT XLII and OPENMAT XLIII is 31st May 2018 and 30th Nov,18 respectively.

For IGNOU OPENMAT form 2018, the fee can be submitted through demand draft of 1,050 INR to make certain that submission is done well-timely. After receiving the demand draft of the candidates, they will be given the prospectus.

As far as the admission form is concerned, the candidates who meet the requirements for admission will be required to fill the form 2 given in the prospectus. These candidates will have an option to grab admission in any of the two following semesters i.e. the candidates who qualify in August 2017 can either acquire admission in January 2018 or July 2018. Whereas, the candidates who qualify in Feb 2018 OPENMAT  will be able to take admission in semesters starting on July, 18 or January, 19.
