The IDP Education fair UK, USA, Canada & New Zealand is going to be held in 13 cities across the nation by the IDP Education India which is a leading student placement service provider and co-owner of IELTS. The fair kick-started on September 9, 2015 from Kolkata and will wrap off on September 22, 2015 at Coimbatore. The fair will be held in cities of Kolkata, Ludhiana, Gurgaon, New Delhi, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Bangalore, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi & Coimbatore.
The Education Fair- UK, USA, Canada & New Zealand is scheduled to be held in Kochi on Monday, September 21, 2015 at Holiday Inn Hotel for students aspiring to pursue higher education abroad. The main motive behind the education Fair is to offer the students golden chance to get accustomed with various study options available in four countries, under one roof.
IDP Education Fair-UK and Canada in Kochi will be a platform for students to have one-on-one interaction with eight British institutions and seven Canadian institutions. The Australia Education Fair was held in Delhi on 22 August.
The participating 15 prestigious Universities/Institutes of UK and Canada will acquaint the parents and the students about the academic programs that are being offered by the Universities for the academic session 2016-17 at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The faculties and the representatives present will come together to attract Indian students to their countries for higher education.
The courses that have been listed on the roll for admission to the 15 renowned universities and institutes are: Business Management and Finance, Hospitality, IT, Engineering and Computer Science, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Public and Health Administration, Law, Medicine and Nursing, Art and Design, Mass Communication and many more.

Harmeet Pental who is the IDP Education regional director of South Asia, North America and UK was of the view “with 45 years of experience, IDP has placed over 420,000 students worldwide, at the rate of one student every 20 minutes”.
Further he added that short listing universities and working through the application process can be a bit challenging for students and a lot of investment is required. Hence it becomes more important to take the right decision at the right time.
The participating UK institutions are Anglia Ruskin University, Birmingham City University, Coventry University, Edinburgh Napier University, Leeds Beckett University, Middlesex University and Sheffield Hallam University.
The Canadian institutions participating in the fair include Algonquin College, Conestoga College, Camosun College, Centennial College, Fanshawe College, Humber College and Thompson Rivers University.
