IDBI Bank Ltd. has announced for the recruitment of specialist officers in different departments for the current year. As the online application is yet to start, interested candidates can visit the official site www.idbi.com for more detailed information.
This year, IDBI has started recruitment for the specialist officer in Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Grade D, Assistant General Manager AGM) – Grade C and Manager – Grade (B) in various functional areas. Candidates who meet the eligibility requirement for a particular post can apply for the respective post once the application process starts.
The online application will start from the 1st February 2017 and will continue till 20th February 2017. The application form will cost 700/- for general and OBC candidates while it will cost 150/- for SC/ST and PWD candidates. The online computer based test will be held on 24th March 2017. Also, all eligibility criteria mentioned should be completed before 1st October 2016.
Candidates who are applying for DGM – Grade D should not appear for the online test, they would be directly called for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview round. And, the candidates meeting the eligibility criteria for Grade C and Grade B will appear for the online test and they will be called for further GD and PI round.
The online test will consist of five sections – Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative aptitude, Banking, Present Economic Scenario and General Awareness; and Stream/Category specific question. A candidate should obtain section-wise cutoff and overall cut off for the further round. Also, the candidates should score the minimum score in PI round to get shortlist. Further, the merit will be obtained on the basis of the score obtained in Online test and GD PI round.
Candidates should buckle up to prepare for the test as there are few months left. The test will be held in 30 cities of India on 24th March.
