IDBI Bank Executive Recruitment 2016 Notification Released

Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) has notified the recruitment to 500 posts of Executives in a notification issued yesterday. The process to apply for IDBI bank executive recruitment 2016 has commenced today. The interested graduates can apply online for IDBI Executive recruitment at Last date for submitting the online application form is November 30, 2016.

IDBIIDBI Bank recruits eligible candidates by open competition on all India basis and overlooks the entire recruitment process itself. For smoother functioning of its branches across the country, the Bank has notified to fill approx. 500 Executive posts, the number of vacancies may vary. Under the notified selection process, the candidates will have to go through an online test, followed by a pre-recruitment medical test.

The application form for IDBI Executive recruitment 2016-17 can be filled online at from November 16 to 30. The candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD category are required to pay Rs. 150 as application fee, the application fee is Rs. 700 for all other candidates. All the applicants will be called for an online test scheduled to be held on January 6, 2017. The call letters for online exam are expected to be released on or after December 27.

IDBI Executive online exam of 90 minutes duration would be conducted across 30 selected cities and the test would consist of 150 questions. The test would have three sections :

  1. Reasoning – 50 questions
  2. Working English Language Test – 50 questions
  3. Quantitative Aptitude – 50 questions

The candidates shortlisted on the basis of online test will be called for document verification and pre-recruitment medical test. Applicants qualifying both in the online test and pre-recruitment medical test will be considered for final shortlisting. The bank would also organize pre-exam training for SC/ST/OBC candidates in December.

The appointment of Executive would be done on contractual basis and the contract would be initially for a period of 1 year. The contract may be reviewed by the Bank for an extension on year-to-year basis for a further period of 2 years. On successful completion of a period of 3 years of contractual service, the Bank would appoint such candidates as Assistant Manager (grade A) through a selection process.
