ICAI has announced IPCC May 2016 result, four hours ahead of the notified schedule today. The IPCC results were awaited by over 2 lakh students who had appeared for the exam in May this year. ICAI has also updated IPC merit list which can be fetched through roll number.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has declared the results of Intermediate (Integrated Professional Competence) IPCC examination conducted in May 2016 on Tuesday (August 2) around 4 pm. Candidates may visit the ICAI’s website www.icai.org to check their results. Over 2.1 lakh CA aspirants had appeared for the examinations held over a duration of 12 days in May.
A press noted issued here on 25th July by ICAI on it’s official website says that CA IPCC May result 2016 are likely to be published online on 2nd August, 4 pm. Along with results, the merit list of candidates securing a minimum of 55% and above marks, and the list of top 50 candidates will be uploaded on the website.
IPCC Results on mail :
ICAI has availed the facility to send candidate’s results on the mail-id registered by them. To get their results via mail, candidates can register at www.icai.org with their mail-id and their request will be processed immediately after the publication of results online. Candidates will get their marks statement at their registered mail-id only if they have requested at the official website.
Apart from e-mail, ICAI IPCC result May 2016 (CA intermediate results) will be posted on ICAI website which can be accessed by entering your registration no. or PIN no. along with roll number.
IPCC May 2016 Exam :
ICAI had conducted the IPC examinations between 3rd May to 15th May for which the results are coming today. The next IPCC exams will be held in November, registrations for that will open from August 5th. The November exam will be held between dates 2nd to 15th of the month, as per tentative schedule.
Analysis of IPCC Result so far :
The pass percentage recorded in November-2015 exams was 4.14% for both groups, while 12.72% had qualified from group-I and 10.69% fro group-II. Last year in November exams, around 2.26 lakh had appeared including group I and group II exam.
The pass percentage for this year’s exam is expected to be up from last year’s. The detailed analysis and data for IPCC may 2016 exams will be updated once board declares the results.
