IBPS Clerk score card 2017 has been announced now for the Clerk Preliminary examination held on November 26, November 27 and December 3 & 4. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) had announced the Clerk Prelims results on December 29. The candidates can check their IBPS Clerk prelims score card from the official website www.ibps.in by using their registration number and date of birth.
IBPS had notified the Common Recruitment Process for Clerical Cadre (CRP Clerks VII) in August and the online applications for IBPS Clerk 2017 were filled from September 12 to October 3. For all the eligible applicants, IBPS conducted the preliminary examination in December and the scores have been declared today. The scores will remain available until January 21, hence the candidates have ample time to know their scores.
However, the scores of the IBPS Clerk Prelims 2017 examination would not be considered for final allotment. The preliminary examination is only qualifying in nature. A total of 7,883 vacancies would be filled by the recruitment process. The vacancies are distributed state-wise and the final merit will be prepared on the basis of the candidates’ marks in the Mains exam. Those who qualify the Mains exam will be allotted to the Bank of their choice, depending on the merit.
The provisional allotments under IBPS CRP Clerks VII will be announced in April 2018. The candidates, who have crossed the cut-off marks criteria, will be issued the call letters for the Mains exam. The calls letters or admit card for IBPS Clerk Main exam 2017 would be released next week on the official website.
IBPS Clerk sectional cut off has been reported as 14.5 for Reasoning, 13.5 for Quantitative Aptitude and 9.5 marks for English. IBPS Clerk state wise cut off has also been announced. The highest cut-off has been reported for West Bengal as 77.25 marks, while the least is 67.00 marks for Gujarat. Here is the IBPS Clerk cut-off State-wise:

IBPS Clerk Mains 2017 exam will be conducted as a single paper comprising of 190 objective-type questions. The questions will be framed under four sections: General English, General/ Financial Awareness, Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude, and Quantitative Aptitude and each question carried 1 mark except in the Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude. As per the selection process of IBPS, the candidates who have scored marks more than the cut-off marks in each of four tests will be selected for the 19 banks. IBPS will conduct Clerk Mains exam on January 21, 2018.
