Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) declared the result of Shift Attendant (SA) recruitment 2016-2017 here on Sunday evening. The details of HSSC shift attendant result of 03/2016 notification have been uploaded at the Haryana SSC portal www.hssc.gov.in after nearly a year of the exam completion. The written test for the recruitment of Shift attendant was conducted last year on May 25th, 2016 and results have been published on April 30, 2017.
A press note issued here by HSSC says that “On the basis of written test held on May 29, 2016 for the recruitment of Shift Attendant, UHBVNL/HVPNL/DHBVNL, the merit list containing the roll numbers of successful candidates has been published online.”
HSSC shift attendant result 03/2016 has been published in the form of a merit list which bears of roll number of shortlisted candidates. Candidates may visit the result at www.hssc.gov.in or via the link given below.
However, these candidates are provisionally selected and in order to fulfil the eligibility criteria, have been called for the scrutiny of documents. The Commission will ascertain the eligible candidates two times that of the available vacancies.
HSSC had advertised a total of 2,426 vacancies in it’s advertisement no. 03/2016 in it’s notification dated February 20, 2016. The application submission process was carried out from March 5, 2016 to April 4, 2017 and the test was then held on May 25, 2016 for the registered candidates. Estimates say that over 2 lakh candidates had appeared for the test which was organised across the state.
Scrutiny of documents:
- The scrutiny of documents for the shortlisted candidates is scheduled from May 5 to May 11, 2017.
- The candidates have to personally attend the process at the HSSC office, Panchkula.
- The detailed schedule is yet to be notified.
- A Candidate have to bring all the original documents, set of attested copies of all the documents, one identity proof and self-attested copy of his/her downloaded application form.
- It is compulsory to appear for the process of scrutiny of documents otherwise candidate’s candidature will be cancelled in the further selection process.
A total of 8857 candidates have been shortlisted to appear for the process of scrutiny of documents as per the Shift attendant merit list. The commission has said that it will select candidates only twice the number of advertised vacancies, meaning that just 4,852 candidates will be called for interview/viva-voce process. After the process of scrutiny of documents, candidates will be notified whether or not they’re eligible for the next phase of selection criteria.

Apart from qualifying the written test, scrutiny of documents and clearing the interview, candidates still would have to abide by the rule of eligibility criteria as notified in the original advertisement.
