The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) or HBSE has issued the admit cards to the students who will be appearing for 10th and 12th class board examinations 2016-17. HBSE admit card 2017 for class 10th and 12th were uploaded on February 24th on the official website (www.bseh.rog.in) the Haryana board.

The queries of the students to know their roll numbers and how to download the BSEH/HBSE roll number slip/admit card have been answered down below in details. But before that, let’s take a look at the necessary details you should know such as date sheet, syllabus and more.

Date sheet:

HBSE 10th class theory papers for students (regular/reappear), who are studying under ‘without semester’ curriculum, will commence from 7th March, 2017. These exams will end on 25th March.

The theory papers for 10th class students of 1st semester (re-appear) will commence from 8th March and will end on 30th March.

For 2nd semester re-appear students, the exams would be held 9th March onward and will conclude on 31st March, 2017.

HBSE 12th class exams (theory papers) for regular/open school students without semester system are also commencing from 7th March 2017 and will conclude on 8th April, 2017.

Admit Cards and Roll Numbers:

HBSE has released the admit cards for both class 10 and class 12 students. The facility allows the students to download their admit cards by two ways; school wise and then roll number wise.

The admit cards have been uploaded separately for academic applications and reappear applications. Candidates can select whichever mode is applicable to them and proceed. For hint, see the image on the left.

  • If you know your roll number, that’s good but if not, don’t worry. When you click on the link to download the admit card, you will be asked the details such as your Roll number, Name, Father’s name, Mother’s name and Aadhaar card number. If you know your roll number, fill-in all the details and submit and your admit card will be displayed online.
  • However, if you don’t know your roll number, fill-in the rest of the details. It is compulsory to fill at least one of the details out of Roll number and Name. So, fill up your name, father name, mother name and Aadhaar number to get the admit card.

After filling the details applicable to you, click on submit and you will be redirected to the page where you can get the printout of your admit card. It is advisable to get at least 3-4 photocopies of your admit card.

Changes introduced in Haryana board exams in 2016-2017

The board has made few many changes in the board exams this year. First off, the Aadhaar card was made mandatory to enrol for board exams like many other entrance exams.

Then, in another move to improve the standard of education and the statistics in results, the board has said that there will be no compartment exams for those who fail in 2 or more subjects. Meaning, if you fail in 2 or more subjects in these board exams, you will have to start the academic year fresh off again. You will not be granted the facility to appear in re-appear exams then.
