It seems a good news for IT sector employees and aspirants, as Haryana government is planning to introduce a new policy to generate jobs and investment in IT sector. The government will likely implement this policy in IT and Electronic System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) areas.

According to sources, this policy will take some more time to come into action and it will be implemented in the month of October.
For the effective implementation, a draft policy is being prepared. All the studies are being done by taking examples of successful states and also, stakeholder consultation with various industries and academicians. In the meeting, the features were explained to take the assurance of the member present there and their opinions were also welcomed.
Haryana is frequently amending new policies to make the state better. Last year, a similar policy came into effect to give special focus on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) called ‘Enterprises promotion policy’. This policy was too implemented for job creation and to boost the economy growth of the state. In addition to put focus on MSMEs, the policy also put emphasis on online clearance, Infra fund, Skill development varsity, Rural BPOs, etc.
This time too, Haryana government is taking next step for IT sector which is one of the most growing sectors in India. It is being assumed that another meeting will soon be held with finance minister regarding regulatory and financial aspects of draft policy.
