Goa Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education‬, ‪Goa‬, is set to declare ‪All India Secondary School Examination‬‬ results today (May 25) at 11 am. Senior Secondary Certificate (SSC) results are today as as per GBSHSE, the board, which has set the SSC result date 2017 as on May 25 and the time of result declaration is 11 am. The Goa board SSC result 2017 will be published online at the official website of GBSHSE i.e., www.gbshse.gov.in as per the schedule notified.

Goa Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) is a corporate statutory body constituted by an Act of the State Legislature and holds the responsibility to conduct Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations and declare the results of the same. M. V. Gadgil, GBSHSE secretary, yesterday on May 24, had wrote to the Directorate of Information and Publicity saying that the board plans to declare the results of SSC board March 2017 examination results on May 25.

Goa results, Goa board SSC result 2017 will at first, today, will be published online. Meaning, students and parents would only be able to access the results today via online mode and/or at mobile phones. According to the GBSHSE, the distribution of passing certificate/statement of Grade/Marks will be done May 27 onward which will further be distributed to students in the days to come.

At 11 am today, visit the official website www.gbshse.gov.in to check Goa board SSC result 2017. You can also check the results at another website, www.examresults.net, the board’s official partner website for result publication. The said website has also availed the facility to check the results through sms. For receiving the marks on mobile, you’ll have to send a message to the number mentioned there and you will get the marks within minutes. However, remember to verify the results online afterwards.

The Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Examinations in Goa were conducted from April 1st to April 21st, 2017 and 27 test venues were set up for the smooth conduct of the same. As per the official press release, a total of 19,358 students had appeared for the SSC examinations this year. Of them, 9,828 were girl students and 9,530 were boys. Reportedly, last year, over 20 thousand students had appeared for the SSC exams and this year has seen a decline. The overall pass percentage has been averaging 90 for past years in the state with no significant difference between the performance of boys and girls.
