After the exam, the answer keys were released on 22 November and the candidates were asked to submit the objections. Based on the objections, the rectified answer keys were published one week ago. The KTET result 2016 will be prepared on the basis of final answer key and as per the Pareeksha Bhavan, the results will be out before January ends. The candidates will be able to access the mark sheet of KTET after the declaration of results.

As per the rules, only those candidates scoring minimum 60 percent marks will be declared KTET qualified. The passing marks for reserved category candidates are 55 percent. Additionally, the TET qualified candidates will have to go through the document verification process which will be carried out by the concerned District Education Officers. The TET certificate will be issued to only those TET qualified candidates who will be cleared in the verification round. Pareeksha Bhavan will issue the TET certificate on the behalf of Kerala government.
