dte maharashtraThe Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra had already released the final merit list on June 22, but students had to wait for too long for the merit list as the list was finally released online in the late evening while it was scheduled to be available in the morning. Engineering allotment list was earlier scheduled to be out on June 27, but it was not done. The same is being witnessed today, as earlier DTE was to publish MHT CET allotment list in the morning at 10 AM. As soon as students jumped to the official website to check Engineering allotment list, the website went down, causing confusion amongst the students. The web portal remain down for almost one hour and finally a message was put up on it, stating that the allotment list will be released after 11 AM.

Then again on 11 AM, the same thing happened as DTE Maharashtra official website started showing error page. After several failed attempts, students gave up on it. However, as soon as the glitches were resolved, the official website remarked the delay in publication of engineering allotment list to 2 PM. Making one more change in the time, it is now being confirmed for 3 PM. With few minutes remaining in the publication of allotment list, students can access the list at dtemaharashtra.gov.in.

Upon confirmation from a DTE official, the allotment list has been prepared and will be updated at the official website once the technical issues are resolved. One thing that the students are unable to understand is why the department does not take care of these issues beforehand, and causes trouble for students?

More than 2.5 lakh students are waiting for DTE Maharashtra engineering allotment list as there are around 1.38 lakh seats available in various disciplines of engineering.
