TS DOST 2nd phase seat allotment 2017 to be out on July 5

July 4, 2017, Update: The 2nd phase seat allotment result for Degree Online Services in Telangana (DOST) state will now be released on July 5, an official notice displayed at TS DOST website: www.dost.cgg.gov.in says. Candidates may visit the DOST website on July 5 to check phase 2 allotments.

From July 3: DOST seat allotment 2017 for the 2nd phase will be published today, as per the revised schedule. The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) is holding the online seat allotment process for degree courses in over 1200 colleges and six universities under the Degree Online Services of Telangana – DOST 2017-18. The applicants can check DOST seat allotment 2017 results from the official website dost.cgg.gov.in.

The online registrations for second phase admission round were submitted from June 25 to 30, while the seat allotment -second list is scheduled to be published today. TSCHE had made some changes in the initial schedule and delayed the publication of second seat allotment list from June 28 to July 3. So far, the Council has not updated the time of publication of DOST seat allotment list. But if we take into consideration of first allotment list (published on 14 June), it may be assumed that the second phase list will be out after 8 pm.

DOST seat allotment 2017 will be published online and the students will have to login to their DOST account to check the degree allotment result. The allotment to the seats will be made on the basis of the marks scored in the qualifying examination and roster system and DOST degree allotment result will be announced at the official website dost.cgg.gov.in.

After the publication of Telangana DOST seat allotment 2017, the students will have to report to the respective allotted colleges on or before 7th July. Such students will have to confirm the admission by paying the college admission fee. The College authority will verify the documents and the Principal of the respective College will confirm the admission by issuing a printed slip. To download the seat allotment order, the applicants will have to login to the DOST website.

For over 4 lakh seats available in the degree courses for the academic session 2017-18, around 1.5 lakh students had registered in the first phase. The online seat allotment process covers over 1200 colleges and six universities including Palamuru University, Satavahana University, Telangana University, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kakatiya University and Osmania University.

DOST seat allotment 2017 for 2nd phase is scheduled to be out today on 3rd July. This page will be updated once the degree second allotment result is declared. The applicants will be able to check DOST 2nd phase seat allotment from dost.cgg.gov.in.
