DNB CET 2015 Admit Card And Exam Dates Officially Notified

The officials have indicated that the DNB CET admit cards for the examination which is reportedly going to be conducted on 27th to 29th December 2014 will be sent to the registered mail by all candidates. The candidates will be able to check the notification online at official portal as the admit cards are issued. There is also a alternate to login to the official site and download the admit card/ hall ticket from there.

DNB CET is Diplomat of National Board Centralized Entrance Test. This test is conducted by National Board of Examination (NBE) twice every year for January and July sessions. Students who are interested in taking admission in post graduate courses in modern medicine register for this test.

Eligibility Criteria for DNB CET 2015:

Candidates must possess a MBBS degree from a Recognized College/University approved by Medical Council of India.
Registration with MCI or State Medical Council in necessary.

Important Dates for DNB CET 2015:

Date of online registration: 9th September 2014 to 18th October 2014
DNB CET 2015 Exam Date: 27th to 29th November 2014
Declaration Of DNB CET 2015 Results: by 15th January 2015

Admit Card for DNB CET 2015:

All those candidates who have registered for this exam are now eagerly waiting for the admit cards. Admit cards will be mailed to the candidates on their registered email id. Candidates can also download DNB CET 2015 admit card from the official website www.cet.natboard.edu.in by entering their username and password. Candidate can select either to print or email admit card.

Candidate must stick a latest passport size photograph on the DNB CET 2015 admit card. Photograph must be of minimum 35×45 mm with at least 75% coverage of face & head of the candidate.

It is mandatory for every candidate to bring the admit card to the examination hall or he/she will not be allowed to enter the hall.
Candidates must also bring Photocopy of Permanent or Provisional SMC/MCI registration to be retained by the test centre and any one of the authorized photo IDs including PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport.

Exam Pattern for DNB CET 2015:

  • The test comprises 200 multiple choice questions in English Language only.
    The examination is computer based and would be of 3 hours’ duration.
    There is no negative marking.

Candidates must reach the examination centre one hour before the assigned time. Late comers will not be allowed to take test. Maps and directions to each test centre will be available on the NBE website www.natboard.edu.in. Shortlisted candidates or candidates who have obtained merit in the examination will be moved to further rounds of admission process. On the basis of Merit Ranks, students will be called for counselling. The counselling dates will be notified later on NBE official website.
