Delhi University has announced the date for undergraduate admissions as 28th May 2015 for the 2015-16 academic session. It’s revealed that the colleges under DU need to enroll all the students who meet the eligibility criteria along with the cut off marks. No first-come first-served police would be executed, as that would deprive the meritorious candidates from getting admission. J.M. Khurana DU’s dean for Students’ welfare has initiated the new guidelines that would help the students to get the right form of education according to their expectations. The particular rules would become applicable from this academic year helping the candidates to achieve their dream career.
Registration Dates and Details:
28th May 2015 would be the date when DU would open the online registration using which you can fill out the application forms at your ease. One can get access to the OMR forms at du.ac.in, the official website of Delhi University. It would eliminate the unnecessary anarchy and thus the complete procedure can be executed flawlessly. However, the offline process would begin from 1st week of June approximately from 5th June and would end on 15th June. Distribution of forms would begin from 9AM and would continue up to 3PM. One can submit the offline application form directly at the registration centers.

All the centers are located at South campus where one can come up submitting the application form in order to execute the process successfully.
Over 60,000 seats are available for about 61 colleges under Delhi University. Such online registration would encourage the students to get admitted easily avoiding any sort of difficulty that may arise during the offline process. After the declaration of the cut offs the students would be given a time period up to 3 days ensuring the completion of all the formalities to start the admission procedure. According to the guidelines, no college would be able to mention any additional eligibility criteria and only a relaxation of 3% can be provided to the women. The students should be careful about the cut off marks that’s the most essential aspect while getting admitted. And while applying needs to make sure that he/she meets the suitable criteria. Therefore, it would make the process easier and no meritorious student would be deprived from what he/she deserves.
Declaration of the Admission Cut Off Lists:
The first list revealing the cut off marks would be published on 25th June 2015 followed by another one that would come out on 24th July 2015. Under each list as mentioned above the students would get 3 days time to complete the entire thing. Students who want to get admission for B.Com or Economics Honors should opt for Mathematics as the subject for Std XII. But it’s optional to include the particular subject in best 4 that depends upon the decision of the students.
