CTET answer key 2016 and the report on result declaration

CBSE conducted the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on 18 September across 851 centres and as many as 6.53 lakh aspirants took the test. It’s been almost 10 days since the test was held and CBSE, the organising board for CTET, has neither issued the answer keys nor any notice regarding the same while coaching institutions already did.

CTETCTET answer key 2016 for paper 2 and paper 1 for 18 Sept exam will be released followed by a notice by CBSE on ctet.nic.in, both the papers were held on the same day.

Although some of the coaching centres and online sources did release their version of CTET answer key 2016, CBSE officially hasn’t uploaded the official answer keys on its website yet. And taking February exam’s proceedings in view, its less likely that CBSE would release the answer keys anytime soon.

In case of CTET held in February earlier this year, the test was conducted on Feb 21 and the answer keys, results were outed nearly 3 months later. However, the exam proceedings were largely affected by Jat protests then.

In it’s original notification too, CBSE has said that CTET result 2016 would tentatively be announced in 2nd week of November 2016 and there are no mentions of release date for answer keys and OMR sheets.

The aspirants who took CTET 18th September 2016 exam have been waiting for any notice from the side of CBSE to make them acquainted with the schedule for forthcoming events like answer keys issuance, allowing candidates to submit challenges against it and also for the results declaration.

Candidates may keep checking www.ctet.nic.in- the official website by CBSE for CTET. If the board issues any notice, it’ll be uploaded there. Meanwhile, candidates can analyse their performance by using answer keys by coaching centres.

We’ll be back for more news about CTET once we have any official update. Follow us on Facebook and Twitter.
