Calculating score using answer keys
Here are some key factors to consider while tallying your answers with the ones given in answer keys, and to calculate the score you’re getting.
- For UG, exam is of 200 marks. 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer. On the other hand, 0.25 mark will be deducted on each wrong answer as per negative marking scheme in CLAT.
- CLAT for PG was of 150 marks and marking scheme is same as of UG.
So, add up all the marks for the answers that you got correct in the examination. Then add up the ones you got wrong. Now as per negative marking scheme, 1/4th mark is deducted on wrong answer, so, supposedly if you have 4 wrong answers, it means that you have total 1 mark in negative. Take that implication while calculating the score.
