UGC National Eligibility Test (NET November 2017) results have been announced by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today. Over 9 lakh candidates had taken the CBSE NET 2017 examination held on November 5. The candidates can check CBSE NET result 2017 from the official website www.cbsenet.nic.in.
Central Board of Secondary Education had conducted the UGC NET 2017 examination across the Country on November 5, 2017. The test aims to determine the eligibility of the candidates for the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and for determining the eligibility for Assistant Professor in Indian Universities and Colleges. The test was conducted for 84 subjects this time.
CBSE NET 2017 November examination was conducted successfully by the Board and the official answer keys were released in December. CBSE had made available the scanned images of the OMR answer sheets of the candidates along with their scanned responses and answer keys from December 12 to 18. After examining the submitted responses, CBSE has declared UGC NET result 2017 today.
The candidates can check CBSE NET result 2017 from www.cbsenet.nic.in or www.results.nic.in or www.cbseresults.nic.in. To check the result, the candidates will have to enter their application number, roll number, and date of birth as mentioned in their NET admit card.
The role of CBSE is limited to the conduct of NET exam and the declaration of NET result, while the certificates are issued by UGC NET Bureau to the qualified candidates. Based on the other eligibility criteria and information submitted while filling the CBSE NET application form, the qualified candidates will be issued NET certificate by UGC NET Bureau.
