2nd update at 10 AM, Friday, 3rd June 2016: Reportedly, MDSU had released BSTC result 2016 yesterday at bstcmdsu2016.com and bstcmdsu2016.org, both web portals simultaneously. However, since lakhs of candidates were trying to check results at once, the websites were not functioning properly. Good news is that now both sites are up and candidates can easily access their scores there by just entering roll number.
Even after BSTC result is announced, MDSU hasn’t notified of the counselling schedule. It is expected to follow that this week.
1st update at 10:10 PM, Thursday, 2nd June 2016: BSTC result 2016 has been announced in the afternoon today. Despite the result being published, the official sites aren’t working fine. Both the web portals are suffering downtime, leaving candidates distressed. ExamsWatch contacted the University administration, which said that the officials are continuously working to resolve the issue. The sites should be up soon.
Rajasthan BSTC result and MDSU BSTC result 2016 has reportedly been announced today. The University published the result earlier today at 3:15 pm according to the notification released. Candidates can check the results for Sanskrit and General at once today.
The results can be checked at www.bstcmdsu2016.com and www.bstcmdsu2016.org, both are University’s official websites for BSTC 2016. Candidates are required to enter their roll number and date of birth to get access to the results. There is also a provision to check the results district wise for all candidates.
The University has said the score card will not be dispatched to any candidates. The candidates have to take the printout of their respective score card from official site, which will be considered valid in the counselling process.
The results were awaited by over 4.78 lakh candidates who took the test on 8th May. The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Kailash Saudani of BSTC said that more than 5,12,382 candidates had applied for the examination but only 4,78,818 turned out to take the test on 8th May 2016.
Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Rajasthan had organized the BSTC 2016 at 1482 centres across the cities of state. This was for the first time that such a large number of candidates had applied for the test and University had to scale up its proceedings.
Now that the results have been announced, University will release the schedule for counselling which is to begin this month itself.
The University has also made public the list of toppers in Rajasthan BSTC 2016. Top 5 list for each category was published online today along side the results. Ajaypal Nimbar from Nagaur district of Rajasthan has topped in General category. While among female candidates, Hemlata Chaudhary from Barmar district.
In Sanskrit category, Ramnarayan Jat from Chittorgarh district got the first place while second place is owned by Varsha Chaudhary from Dholpur district.
