Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha (Orissa) will announce HSC result today. BSE Odisha 10th result 2017, Orissa matriculation HSC results will be announced today at 11:30 am at the official websites. Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha has now officially confirmed the timing via it’s result portal www.orissaresults.nic.in. The notice at official website reads, “Odisha HSC & Madhyama annual exam 2017 results will be published on 26-04-2017 at 11:30 AM.”

Education Minister of Odisha, Debi Prasad Mishra will announce the results at BSE headquarters today in a press event. The officials had earlier set the timing of declaration at 9:30 am which has now been revised to 11:30 am. The minister has also said that the board has made elaborate preparations to publish the HSC results error-free.

A look at HSC exams 2017:

  • Reportedly, 6.08 lakh students had registered to appear for the annual High School Certificate (HSC) examinations which were conducted from February 28 to March 10, 2017.
  • Of total, 5.78 lakh were regular students.
  • A total of 2,983 schools were set up as exam centres for the smooth holding of exam of such level.
  • More than 14 thousand teachers were appointed for checking of answer sheets of the exams. The evaluation was done at 60 places in the state.
