Bank of Maharashtra conducted the written examination for it’s recruitment of clerks, probationary officer and general officers in October and the results are still awaited. While the uncertainty looms over the declaration of results as the Bank officially has not set any date, it’s still expected that results may be declared within next few days, most probably by the next week.
The exams for Manager in scale-II, Senior Manager in scale-III, and Clerks (Legal & Agriculture) were conducted on October 21 while exam for Clerks (Non-conventional) was conducted on October 26. The exam for POs (non-conventional) was conducted on October 28.
As compared to other Bank exams, the results of exams under Bank of Maharashtra recruitment process seems to be taking more time. Mostly, results of banking exams of this scale, or even for IBPS exams are declared within 1-2 weeks. A total of 1,315 posts under different cadres are up to offering and preliminary reports suggest that somewhere around 2 lakh candidates have taken the exams. Higher the number of candidates, higher are the chances of cut-offs being on the upper level. Though it’s not the only deciding factor for cut-off.
