Bank of Baroda admit card 2016 released: BOB PO exam on Sept 25

Bank of Baroda (BOB) is going to organize the Probationary Officer (PO) online examination on September 25 across 64 cities and as per the schedule, the admit card /call letters for all the applicants were issued on September 14. Candidates will get the facility to get their Bank of Baroda admit card 2016 till the exam day, however, are advised to get the print out of their call letter as soon as possible to avoid the last minute delay. The details regarding the test venue and other particulars would be mentioned in the call letters.

Bank of BarodaBank of Baroda had notified the recruitment of 400 Probationary Officers two months back. The candidates would be shortlisted through the online test for a 9-months Post Graduate Certificate in Banking and Finance course in Baroda Manipal School of Banking, completing which they would be offered appointment in the Bank as Probationary Officer in Junior Management Grade/Scale-I.

The selection process includes an online exam (objective+descriptive) followed by Psychometric Assessment, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview. The online exam would be of 150 minutes duration and consists of an objective test of 200 marks and descriptive test of 50 marks. The objective test would consist of Reasoning, English Language, General Awareness and Quantitative Aptitude, each having 50 questions. The descriptive test would have only 2 questions of total 50 marks as per the exam pattern.

Each question in the objective tests would have five options, while one-fourth of the marks assigned to a particular question will be deducted as penalty for the wrong answer. The descriptive test paper of only those candidates will be evaluated who have scored qualifying marks in the objective tests and are placed adequately high as per total marks in the objective test.

Candidates have been advised by the Bank to bring their call letter (with the photograph affixed on it) and photo identity proof in original and duplicate on the exam day. The candidates would have to hand over their call letter and photocopy of photo identity proof to the invigilator in the examination hall. The candidates can retain the photocopy of the call letter with them for their personal record.
