CPAT 2016: admit card released for Ayush entrance exam on Sept 25

The admit card for the Combined Pre-Ayush Test (CPAT) 2016 has been released by Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith (MGKVP) on September 22nd. CPAT admit card 2016 for the aspirants who will be taking the Ayush entrance exam in Uttar Pradesh can be downloaded now.

MGKVP is holding this Ayush entrance exam in 2016 for the admissions to Ayurvedic, Unani and Homeopathy colleges in the state. Around 3150 seats in B.A.M.S, B.U.M.S and B.H.M.S courses are up for grab in the government as well as self-financed colleges in UP.

According to the data received from the University, 16,664 candidates had registered to take CPAT 2016 which will be held on September 25. The University had set up four nodal centres in Varanasi, Lucknow, Kanpur and Bareilly with Varanasi receiving the most number of applications (5,068).

The written examination will be conducted this Sunday (Sept 25) between 9 am to 12 noon. Candidates would be asked 200 questions from four sections namely Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany and each section will have 50 questions.

Candidates may download their CPAT admit card for Ayush exam from the official website (www.cpatup2016.org) between September 22 to September 24. The download link will be removed from the website on 24 September, so candidates here have only got 3 day window to get their admit cards. Candidate’s login ID and password will be required to access the admit card.

The information in regards to candidates’ test place and centre with guidelines will be imprinted on the admit card. It must be noted that the admit cards would not be sent by post/courier and can only be downloaded online from the official website. Also, it’s compulsory to take at least one copy of your admit card at the time of examination accompanied by an valid ID proof.

Once the test is over, MGKVP will release the official answer keys on September 27 and the results will be declared on October 4th. The process is being conducted on a fast pace to hold the counselling sooner for the admission to academic session starting in 2016.
