An official update is here for APPSC Panchayat Secretary Screening Test. The Commission has released a notice according to which, the keys for the questions has been displayed on the website of APPSC today, saying “The candidates will be provided a seven-day window to file their objections against the preliminary key,” read the notice.
A total of 5,66,215 candidates had registered for the exam, however, only around 65 percent attendance was recorded. As per the official figures, only 3,67,341 candidates appeared for the exam in all 13 districts of the State.

APPSC group 3 panchayat secretary screening test key 2017 has been released. While Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) is yet to upload the group 3 key 2017 officially, Sakshi Education (www.sakshieducation.com) has uploaded their version of panchayat secretary key 2017 with question paper.
APPSC had released group 2 key within 2 days, so expectedly, group 3 key will be released here by Tuesday or if being hopeful, by Monday evening. Leaving official keys aside for now, you can check answer keys by Sakshi Education below which is as much trustworthy as any.
The Commission conducted the Panchayat Secretary screening test at 1,430 venues in 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh wherein over 5 lakh candidates appeared. APPSC will update the Group 3 key at its official web portal www.psc.ap.gov.in.
APPSC had released the official notification (no. 29/2016) in December to fill 1,055 posts of Panchayat Secretary (Grade-IV) under Group 3 Services in A.P. Panchayat Raj Subordinate Service and the applications were filled from December 31 to January 30. As per the reports, the Commission received over 5.6 lakh applications as the applications were again opened from February 2 to 5.
Going by the rules of recruitment, APPSC decided to conduct the screening test so as to shortlist candidates for the final main exam. The screening test was conducted today in a single shift from 10 am to 12.30 pm. The test comprised of 150 multiple choice questions to be answered in OMR sheet and the candidates were given two copies of OMR sheet i.e. Original copy & Duplicate copy. The candidates were allowed to take away the duplicate OMR sheet for their record.
As the APPSC Group 3 screening test preliminary key will be available at the official website, the candidates will be able to check their answers and get an idea of their performance. The keys will also help them to assess their chances of selection. The answer key along with question paper is expected to be available in the evening.
Based on the merit in the screening test, the candidates will be picked up in the ratio of 50 per one notified post for each district separately. The main exam will be conducted as an online test on July 16 and as much as 52,750 candidates will be called for the exam. The Commission will also provide the mock test facility to the candidates. The final selection to Panchayat Secretary posts will be based on the merit in the computer-based main exam.
APPSC recently released a notice which reads, “Considering the request from several applicants for change of center, it is decided that for screening test local status would not be determined on the basis of center of examination. Candidates would be given an option from April 24 to 30 to choose the center for main examination, which would be the basis for selection as mentioned in the notification.
