AIPVT result 2016 declared: check marks on

The Veterinary council has declared result of AIPVT today on 20 June. AIPVT result 2016 was published around 2 pm on official site and detail can be accessed by entering candidate’s registration number and roll number.

The council did publish the result as per the scheduled date as we reported earlier exclusively.

AIPVT result 2016: The result of All India Pre-Veterinary Test (AIPVT) 2016 will be declared today on 20 June. The details of result and ranks will be available in the score card which will be hosted at official website today.

The result of AIPVT 2016 will be published at and followed by a notification regarding the announcement. To check the result, candidates would be required to provide their roll number and date of birth details.

aipvtThe council confirmed in talks with us that AIPVT result will be out on Monday, 20 June 2016. The timing is not set though. But you can expect the declaration by afternoon.

The exam has been held on 14 May this year by the Veterinary Council of India for admissions to veterinary courses B.V.Sc. and A.H. Test venues were arranges at 46 places across the country for the exam which was conducted in one session from 2 pm to 5 pm.

AIPVT 2016 result will contain the score/marks obtained by a candidate in the exam. The marks would be provided out of maximum 720 marks. 180 questions were asked in the test and 4 marks are to be awarded for each correct answer. There is also the provision for negative marking, i.e., deduction of 1 mark for each incorrect answer. The rank will be provided to the candidates on the basis of marks obtained in the test and also taking category-wise reservation rules into consideration. The result will be declared today for all categories though and there will be no separate merit list for reserved categories.

According to the statistics provided by Veterinary council of India (VCI) officials, a total of 72,534 had appeared to take the test on 14 May, out of the total 84,012 who registered.

424 seats will be filled through the AIPVT result in All India quota while the rest of seats will be filled by counselling held by participating states. The counselling for the 15% all India quota seats will be conducted by the council. The test is held to facilitate admissions to 41 of the listed colleges by council.

The schedule and procedure of counselling will be notified after declaration of results. Separate merit list will be published for holding state wise counselling.

To maintain the ambiguity, the council had released the answer keys and also received the objections between 6th to 9th June. After sorting out the objections, the council is releasing AIPVT result 2016 today.

The notification for results publication will be released at today, informing candidates about the process afterwards.
