CBSE had given strict orders regarding the dress code for the candidates appearing for AIPMT 2015. This was because of some malpractices that took place when the AIPMT exam was conducted in the month of May 2015. Now, CBSE has relaxed the dress codes for candidates appearing in the All India Pre-Medical Entrance Test, AIPMT re-examination that would take place on 25 July 2015.
Central Board Of Secondary Education popularly known as CBSE is a Board of Education under the Union Government of India. CBSE was formed in the year 1962, with its headquarters situated in New Delhi. According to CBSE board statement, there is “no bar” or restriction in wearing customary dresses. This major relaxation would also apply to those candidates, appearing for the re-exam in the centres having extreme climates. Board asked such candidates to be present atleast half an hour before 9:30 am, which was said to be the reporting time. The early presence of the candidates is meant for the frisking or checking purpose and to avoid loss of time.
According to a statement from CBSE, the candidates appearing for the re-exam must carry admit card with their post card sized photograph affixed on the proforma plus passport sized photograph for affixing on the attendance sheets. Candidates were also advised not to bring certain items or materials, that would be used as unfair means or hiding electronic communication devices. This had been conveyed to the students on AIPMT website and through the instructions on the admit card.

In that circular, it had asked the students appearing the re-test to wear light clothes without full sleeves, without any big buttons, open slippers etc. Moreover, CBSE also barred bracelets, rings, nose pins, ear rings, pendants and watches at the examination centres.
