All India Management Association have announced the results of Management Aptitude Test, the test was conducted on 6 September (pen and paper based test) and 12 September (online test). The results of the test are available at the official website of the Association, www.aima.in.
The management aptitude test is conducted to shortlist the eligible candidates for admission in top business schools for pursuing MBA and other management courses.
AIMA is an apex body of professional management studies and was established in the year 1957 with active support of the Indian government and Industry. Currently, AIMA is linked with over 3000 institutions and over 30,000 individual professionals directly and through network of the Local Management Associations. The association regulates distance management education, management development programs, national events, competitions and other related activities.
Management Aptitude Test is a standardized test, first organized in 1988 to shortlist the candidates for admission to MBA and other allied programs. HRD ministry approved the test as a national level test for admission to over 600 B-schools in the Country in 2003.
Candidates can access their result online and take the print out of score card having overall and section wise score in the test subjects. Results can be fetched by entering 6 digit form number and 9 digit roll number in the result page. Total marks of the test is 800 and the candidates are required to obtain minimum qualifying marks in each of the 5 sections. AIMA will also send the result via post to all the candidates.
AIMA organizes Management aptitude test four times in a year, in February, May, September and December. The next MAT would be conducted in December, for which the registration process would commence in the first week of October.
